Gender Equality Index : Amarenco France scores 82 points out of 100 for the year 2024

The Department of Human Ecology, the new name of our HR department, reflects a committed approach to human resources. It embodies a regenerative vision, in harmony with our core values and the principles of life. Our ambition is to inspire and transform by cultivating an inclusive, balanced, and innovative environment where every employee can grow, contribute to collective goals, and create a lasting impact.

As an extension of this vision, Amarenco reaffirms its commitment to gender equality, both within the company and beyond. Aware of the challenges in a historically male-dominated sector, particularly in leadership positions worldwide, Amarenco is taking action to build greater diversity, a key source of resilience.

In 2024, Amarenco France achieved a significant milestone by scoring 82 points on the Gender Equality Index, demonstrating the progress made and the ongoing efforts toward fairness. This result is the outcome of a policy led by the department in co-construction with various stakeholders, including managers and social partners, to ensure balanced representation of women and men at all levels of the company and to guarantee fair treatment.

Amarenco has signed a two-year agreement to promote gender equality, aiming to achieve a Professional Equality Index of at least 85 points. Among the key areas identified in our agreement, here are two progress objectives defined with the CSE:

Pay gaps: Ensure fair compensation for the same position and correct any unjustified differences.

Access to top salaries: Improve the representation of women among the top 10 highest salaries by ensuring equal opportunities for promotion and career advancement.

These commitments are part of a continuous improvement approach in favor of professional equality.
